Return Policy

How we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds under New Zealand consumer law.

1. Your Statutory Rights

Your consumer rights are protected under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (CGA) and the Fair Trading Act 1986. Nothing in this Return Policy limits or excludes those statutory rights.

Under the CGA, when you purchase goods as a consumer, those goods must be of acceptable quality, fit for purpose, match their description, and be free from defects. If goods fail to meet these guarantees, you are entitled to a remedy.

2. Voluntary 30-Day Return Policy

In addition to your statutory rights, we offer a voluntary 30-day return window for unopened products returned in their original, undamaged packaging.

3. Faulty or Damaged Products

If you receive a product that is damaged in transit, defective, or does not match its description, you are entitled to a remedy under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. Please contact us immediately (within 7 days of delivery) and provide:

4. Non-Returnable Items

5. How to Return

  1. Email us at customer-@bloxarynphvorb.world with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will reply within 2 business days with a return authorisation and instructions.
  3. Package the product securely and return it to:

  4. We recommend using tracked postage. We are not responsible for items lost in transit on voluntary returns.

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be returned to your original payment method within 7 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned product. Your bank may require additional processing time.

7. Dispute Resolution

We aim to resolve all issues fairly and promptly. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the New Zealand Consumer Protection service or the Disputes Tribunal. More information is available at consumerprotection.govt.nz.
